Leaf Peeping!

On the Road Friday
Let's take a trip...let's go leaf peeping!
We are having major wind here in Northwest Wisconsin...so our leaf peeping days are coming to a close. But do not worry, you can come along with me today.

Hiking the Ice Age trail in the Blue Hills of Wisconsin.

Which color is your favorite? I love orange and red trees! A friend of mine loves the yellow poplar.

Thank you for coming along this chilly autumn day.
Let's warm up some cider and sit by the fire.
Have a great weekend!

  1. What glorious colors and wonderful photos. Our leaves are just beginning to turn. Now and then I see a tree that is crimson but not to often yet. It will be very chilly this weekend...that will speed things up I think.

  3. We're just starting to get our colors here in Ann Arbor - always just a bit behind you folks further north! Over the weekend, it seems, everything started to turn to gorgeous orange and red; everyone was talking about it, as though the leaves had just popped enough for us all to notice them in the midst of our busy-ness ....

  4. BE-U-T-FULL! While I do not like the cooling temperatures or the frigid wind, I LOVE the beautiful leaves. These pics are fantastic!
