I come in the little things,

I come in the little things,
Saith the Lord:
Yea, on the glancing wing
Of eager birds, the softly pattering feet
Of furred and gentle beasts.

I come in the little things,
Saith the Lord:
Not borne on the morning's wings
Of majesty, but I have set My feet
Amidst the delicate and bladed wheat.

I come in the little things,
Saith the Lord. Amen.

  2. Beautiful poem, Carla.
I too find great joy in the little things that the Lord has blessed my life with.

  3. Beautiful! The beauty of the Lord is all around us. Is there anything as cheering as pure yellow? Well, probably, I'm just focused on those gorgeous daffodils just now. Have a beautiful day Carla!

  4. Hi Carla...thanks for stopping by today on my blog and I know you would love, love, love, Maine so hope someday you can come for a visit. I'll be sure to put the kettle on and hope that you would come and stop by and share a pot of coffee or tea with me and some chit-chat too. I miss having friends around...guess that's why I love my blog so much...I've met so many wonderful friends here...but the hard part is never being able to meet them. Hope that someday that will change. Have a wonderful night. Hugs, Kathy
