Happy New Year

Happy New Year

"But in this season it is well to reassert that the hope of mankind rests in faith. As man thinketh, so he is.
Nothing much happens unless you believe in it,
and believing there is hope for the world is a way to move toward it."

  10. Hi Carla, love the snow angel! She's perfect. =) Happy New Year! Gladys Tabor is a nice lady to start the year off with. Have you ever read any of Miss Read's books? I have one ordered at the library. My daughter & grandson got me two books for Christmas and I'm hardly coming up for air!

  11. Happy New Year my friend. Hope your holidays were nice. We loved your Christmas card and my girls commented on how tall Sam is getting. Let's try to get together more than once a year.

I was just asking Steve what the weather forecast is for the mountains so we can get some skiing in.

  13. Love the photo, Carla, and the quote. I've been thinking so much lately about the hope that I have in Christ. I'm trying to memorize Ephesians 1:15-23, and vs 18-19 is where I'm stuck right now: "I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which he has called you, the riches of his glorious inheritance in his holy people, 19 and his incomparably great power for us who believe." A good place to be stuck, huh? HOPE! xxx ~ Nancy
