Open for Business

Fresh Flowers and Produce
from
The Little Garden That Could

 It all started in May.
A little garden was planted.
I decided to name it, The Little Garden That Could

Plant four seeds in a row
One for the mouse and one for the crow
One to rot and one to grow

I weeded, I loved and cared for all my plants. I received notes in my mailbox about woodchucks eating up my garden! A big thunderstorm pushed some of my corn and sunflowers down. The Little Garden That Could would not back down. The woodchuck moved out of town. The plants straitened up after being pushed down.

 Welcome
Fresh Flowers and Produce
from
The Little Garden That Could

My boys built me a new stand.

I enjoy sharing my harvest. I love to see people smiling as they come up to my little stand.

A flower cannot blossom without sunshine, and man cannot live without love.

If you are in the area, stop on over.
We have fresh produce, lettuce, beets, beans, carrots and herbs.
And we have flowers.

"Just living is not enough" said the butterfly
"One must have sunshine, freedom and a little flower."

  1. I LOVE your garden stand! Wish I could come by and buy some goodies!! Your garden is huge compared to ours but I guess it's all relative.

  4. If I were closer I would definitely stop by. Your stand is so cute. Your boys did a great job. I was just talking to my friend this week who moved to the Green Bay Area a couple of years ago. She said how beautiful Wisconsin is and for your photos I see she is right :)

  16. Your Little Garden That Could is wonderful, I love it. The flowers are beautiful, no wonder people smile when they come up to the stand, that's great too. You are so blessed to have sons that could build that for you. I love the little poem in the beginning. I'd like to remember it but I won't. LOL

  17. Absolutely love your stand. If I were your neighbor, I would definitely be there!
I had to pop over to your deer repellent post the other day and make up a jug. Apparently we have a deer who likes our strawberry plants!
