On The Road Friday ~ Cookies for on The Road Friday's

It is Friday! I am happy to report that I will have some fun On The Road Friday posts coming up. We explored some fun new places over Labor Day Weekend.
I have some photos to upload and organize and I will be in business.

Today, I will share the perfect road trip cookie. This cookie is easy to store in an ice cream pail bucket, does not require a cooler and is the perfect snack or dessert for an On The Road Picnic.

The recipe is shared by Susan Branch.

  6. Carla... I am drooling! The thought of combining potato chips with a cookie makes me emotional. I'm no whiz in the kitchen but I will take a stab at making these. Have a great weekend.

  12. Wow, who would think...potato chips in a cookie? I was just telling my kids last night that my Grandma used to crush potato chips on top of her ice cream. I guess it's a sweet and salty thing :) Have a lovely Sunday.

  13. That is a great road trip cookie since it doesn't have anything in it that will melt. Thanks for sharing.

  15. These cookies sound like the perfect marriage of savory and sweet. YUM!

My aunt used to make me chocolate Pringles. She'd melt Hershey's kisses in a saucepan and drizzle it on a Pronged and then put another chip on top. A Pringle and chocolate sandwich! ;P
