Madison's skyline ... this photo was taken with my phone. As soon as I get the photos uploaded to the computer from our real camera  I will share what my husband was able to capture. I think you will like it.

  2. Wow, I love the nighttime shoreline. Looks so peaceful and calm, while looking across the water at all the city hustle and bustle. On just a quick glance, you could think it was the D.C. capitol! LOVE the badger! Can't wait to see the rest of what YOU saw!

  3. Is that a skunk? A badger? I’m sure it has something to do with Wisconsin... I grew up in Michigan and our mascot was the wolverine.

  11. When Trip worked in Green Bay, he used to bring home cheese curds to us. They feel funny on the teeth, but they are tasty!

    Look at that badger! He's sitting on a stack of books... He's the mascot, right? So cute!

    I've just been catching up on your older posts and finding out what has been happening to you and your family in recent times ...quite a lot!
    Needless to say I'm all caught up now.

  15. Don't you love the new statue in Alumni Park of Bucky on the stack of books? And.... The Old Fashioned ~~ what else can be said about it? Such good food!!!! Did you make a trip to Trader Joe's? Madison on a football weekend is just energizing. Glad you had a good trip!! Looking forward to more pics!
