Family Memories

My grandpa was my best friend growing up. We enjoyed great times together. One of his recipes that he passed down to us from his old country was Goulash. This is his very own Goulash recipe. We always enjoyed it together.
Grandpa's Goulash
Bacon
Cabbage
Dumplings
I cook the bacon in the oven, in the cake pan. In the mean time I boil my cabbage and make my dumplings. I put it all together and put it in the oven for 5 to 10 minutes.

  1. I wonder if the word 'goulash' is like 'hotdish.' I think I've seen goulash made different ways. So fun to learn of ethnic foods!
