Vegetables are a must on a diet. I suggest carrot cake, zucchini bread and pumpkin pie.

  1. Fun post. Thanks for making me smile.

Next week I'm headed down to see my son who lives south of LaCrosse. I wanted to stop at a State Park on the way down to eat lunch and hike for an hour or so. We usually go Hwy 63 to Hwy 53. So based on your knowledge of the State Parks between Ashland and LaCrosse, which one would you recommend?
