Lock & Dam No. 6 - Trempealeau, WI
Lock & Dam No. 6 is located in a bluff-lined valley on the Upper Mississippi River at
Treampealeau, WI. We visited last summer. It was beautiful. Seeing the Lock and Dam in action was a lot of fun for us. The Barges are amazing! We could not get over how big they are!

We've been there. My husband loves to stop in Trempeleau. My son lives a little south of there. (South of LaCrosse, over the river, and a little more south to Village Creek Bible Camp.)We like to watch the locks and boats too.
