This craft is easy, fun and can be used for so many decorating ideas.
What do you need?
One protector page
Leaf patterns traced on a blank piece of paper
Glue
Food coloring...yellow, red, orange, purple
1. Put several drops of food coloring into your glue to create the color of leaf you would like.
Shake Well
Add as much coloring as you need
Shake Well
2. Place your patterns into the protective paper sleeve
3. Outline your leaf with the glue
4. Fill in the leaf with the other colors you desire
5. Let dry in a safe place for 48 hours
6. Ta Da - You have just made beautiful autumn leaves
My boys could not believe we did this craft with glue. It was so amazing and fun for them.
Ideas we came up with to do with our leaves...
Make an autumn garland.
Write family members names on the leaves and use as place settings at Thanksgiving.
Hang in the window as a suncatcher.
We had lots of fun with this craft. We are thinking of doing some Christmas designs too.
