One of my bouquets that I created and sold at Friday's market. It was my son, Sam's favorite. |
Joy List Monday
♥ a weekly ritual ♥
a reminder to stop and pay attention to the little beauties and graces that make life magical and to set aside time for gratitude each day
♥ rain and more rain
♥ cooler temps and less humidity
♥ school supplies, it is always fun to have new folders, paper and pencils
♥ continued growth in the friendship with my other vendors at the farmer market
one of the vendors last week will be this Friday
we all plan to bring a dish to pass after market to wish him good luck
back to school for him
♥ sweet corn and butter
That is a beautiful bouquet!! I love your weekly joy list!
ReplyDeleteA lovely bouquet, Carla. So thankful for the vendors' friendships you have made. God bless your week. Hi to the boys.
ReplyDeleteYour flowers are so pretty!! What a wonderful view you must have every day...color, color, color! ps- I like fresh school supplies, too. I always pick up a few things for myself when I shop for the kids.
ReplyDeleteWhat gorgeous flowers! I went to the Farmer's mkt last week (the one I go to is only open on Thurs) and it's been so nice to have lots of fresh veggies for our meals and enough to share with some neighbors too. I'm going back again this week! Wish it was to visit you! Hugs!
ReplyDeleteYour bouquet is gorgeous!! Makes me happy to look at it!
ReplyDeleteCarla, I can't believe the kids are already going back to school. I always liked looking at all the school supplies when my kids were little. So many creative and fun things. Oh, I wish it would rain here, you are lucky to have rain, my friend.
ReplyDeleteYour "Joy List" posts are always so special.

Hi Carla, it's been raining cats and dogs today and I thought of you and your garden. I love your attitude and the way you spread joy and beauty around. Your bouquet is lovely.
ReplyDeleteWishing you a great week.
Hugs,
Julia
The flowers are beautiful, Carla! It's good to hear you're enjoying the farmer's market. The sweet corn was especially good this year. All I need is a stick of butter and salt. I roll my own. :-)

ReplyDeleteBeautiful summer bouquet!
ReplyDeleteLOVE this bouquet! So glad the Farmer's Market continues to be going well! That's wonderful! I agree, there's something refreshing about new pens, pencils and binders! Less humidity is good too!
ReplyDeleteLove your joy list. I love when they have all the back to school stuff out too. Fun memories of getting my girls ready for school each fall. Now I have my little granddaughter going to first grade and helping her pic out the school supplies was fun. Glad your farmers market is still in full swing. Enjoy this new week.
