This and That

 Hello Friends,

A little of this and that for the month of August.

August is my second favorite month of the year.

I love my August calendar page. That garden girl is me.

My dog Ernie was listening to a podcast with me while I was doing dishes. I had to laugh at how it seemed to be he was soaking in the information right along with me. His "dolly" is close by too.

A summer bouquet for you, from me.

And now for a stroll in the garden.

Happy August my friends!

 ♥

  1. Thanks for the bouquet :). Your garden is so pretty! That cucumber plant- amazing. Oops, I did it again- managed to somehow allow all of my cucumber plants to succumb to either a disease or bugs. So disappointing! I got a few cukes but that was all out of many plants. Your flowers are so pretty- I loved seeing your pics- thanks for sharing!

  2. Little Ernie and his doll both look totally content as they enjoy listening to the podcast with you. You are surrounded with so many beautiful flowers in your yard...love the yellow bush with blooms. Thank you for the bouquet...makes for a lovely start to my morning.... hugs.

  4. Little Ernie is soooo cute. Your summer flowers are beautiful. I cannot believe summer is almost over for us in the midwest. I guess I should not really assume that with how the weather has been for us. Could have more hot weather until October. Have a good Friday and wonderful weekend. Hugs. Kris

  6. Oh, your calendar for August is delightful, Carla. It looks like a Susan Branch calendar? Ernie is so cute every time I see him. He seems like a calm dog too. I love that blue vase you put the flowers in. And I'm so glad your garden brings you such joy. "This and That" posts are my favorite. Thanks for sharing one!
