Raspberry Cheesecake Ice Cream and The Winner of Our Giveaway

 Raspberry Cheesecake Ice Cream
3 ounces cream cheese, softened to room temperature
1 cup of sugar
1 1/2 cups pureed, strained raspberries
1 cup of whipping cream
1 cup of whole milk

In a large bowl, whisk cream cheese until smooth; add sugar and continue whisking until combined. Whisk in raspberries, followed by cream and milk, until fully incorporated.

Pour mixture into ice cream maker

Atticus received good news...he needs to wear a brace for two weeks. We go back to have things checked out and pray all will be healed. Thank you for your prayers.
