Raspberry Cheesecake Ice Cream
3 ounces cream cheese, softened to room temperature
1 cup of sugar
1 1/2 cups pureed, strained raspberries
1 cup of whipping cream
1 cup of whole milk
In a large bowl, whisk cream cheese until smooth; add sugar and continue whisking until combined. Whisk in raspberries, followed by cream and milk, until fully incorporated.
Pour mixture into ice cream maker
Enjoy!

Thank goodness it sounds like the arm is healing and only needs 2 more weeks in a brace! And, that ice cream looks delicious.
