Chocolate Chip Muesli Cookies


Chocolate Chip Muesli Cookies

1 cup Bob's Red Mill Muesli
3/4 cup flour
1/2 cup soft butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 big cup of chocolate chips
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 egg

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Blend butter, sugar, and vanilla. Beat in egg.
Add flour, soda and salt.
Stir in muesli and chocolate chips.
Drop by teaspoonfuls on lightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes.

Let cool and enjoy!

  8. It sounds tasty but I can't have Museli because it has soy in it as well as the chocolate chips. What a bummer, hey!

  9. Carla, I've never heard of muesli before. You know, one of my favorites is chocolate chip cookies, and yours look scrumptious. I make the toll house sometimes.
