7 year old Ellen was being punished one night by not being allowed to eat with the family.
Instead, she was made to eat dinner alone at a small table in the corner of the dining room.
The rest of the family set about ignoring her completely until they heard her saying grace over her solitary supper.
"I thank Thee, Lord, for preparing a table before me in the presence of mine enemies."
Happy Monday

This sounds like it could have come out of my graanddaughters mouth. She once sat on the bus next to a boy who was bullying her brother and asked him why he did not like her brother and told him her brother was a nice guy. That bully and my grandson are now friends. Oh the power of words. Janice
