Hello Friends,
The other day I peeked out at the bird-feeder, what did I see?
A rascal of a squirrel at my feeder.
Looking closer I see that this squirrel is sporting a white tip on that tail.
The acrobat that this squirrel is to get to a favorite treat.
Do you spy the white tip on the tail?
"Today I embrace what makes me beautifully unique and beautifully me."
Have a great weekend my friends!

Squirrels are so resourceful and acrobatic! After all they go through to get food, you just can't help but root for them!
ReplyDeleteYou sweet friend are beautifully made inside and out. Happy Friday have a great day and weekend. Stay warm and cozy. xoxo Kris
ReplyDeleteWhat a little rascal trying to get in the bird feeder. I saw a squirrel right in my front yard too, and on some of the comments they said NOT to feed the squirrels. Others said they did damage around their house. Oh, I don't think I'll ever get used to these critters. Sounds like you are much more tolerant than I am, Carla. Your bird house is delightful.
ReplyDeleteHave a peaceful weekend, dear friend.

Is that a black squirrel? I never see them here, and I saw one on Jeanie's blog (she lives in Michigan). He is determined, LOL! I do see the white tip. :D
ReplyDeleteThose are such cute pictures. Yes I see the white tip. Does it mean anything?
ReplyDeleteWhat a naughty squirrel! We have a lot of them always traipsing around on our deck like they own it! Your squirrels look darker than ours!
ReplyDeleteSquirrels are so incredibly acrobatic aren't they.
ReplyDeleteGreat series of photographs.
Have a happy weekend.
All the best Jan
I've never seen one with white on the tail. They can be very acrobatic when it comes to food. Around here they love eating sunflower seeds. Isn't it wonderful to know that we are beautifully made? Enjoy your weekend.
ReplyDeleteI love the black squirrels in our area! I never saw any like that until I moved up here, just regular greys and little reds.
ReplyDeleteCARLA WE HAD A BLACK SQUIRREL IN ILLINOIS ONCE. OUR OLD NEIGHBOR WOULD HAND FEED IT AND I SWORE IT WOULD BITE HIMI ONE DAY! IT DIDNT
ReplyDeleteWhat a unique squirrel! Quite the determination too!
ReplyDeleteThe squirrels crack me up here, too. They are so acrobatic (and determined!). We once saw a completely white squirrel in our old neighborhood in Cleveland, but never one with a white tip on its tail, though one of the squirrels here lost the tip of their tail while hanging upside down to get the bird feeder. It must have gotten caught on the wire arch where I have the bird feeder hanging because the tuft was stuck there one morning. Poor guy.
ReplyDeleteEven though squirrels are a nuisance around here, I do appreciated their acrobatics and intelligent abilities. They are little thieves, that's for sure and they will take food where they can find it.
ReplyDeleteWhen I was going through chemo one winter, I had lots of time to watch their antics. One male was very aggressive toward the pregnant female and wouldn't let her eat till he was finished and kept chasing the poor girl away. One would I saw one swinging from a rope tassel on a tree swing, going back and forth and enjoying himself.
Yours is distinctive with the white tip.
I agree, you are beautiful inside and out.
Take care.
Hugs, Julia
Haaaahahaha he's HUGE! xoxo
