When You Need a Little Lift!

When you come to the edge of all the light you know and are about to step off into the darkness of the unknown, faith is knowing one of two things will happen: there will be something solid to stand on or you will be taught how to fly.

The only way to find happiness in the grind of life is by faith. A faith - filled life means all the difference in how we view everything around us. It affects our attitudes toward people, toward circumstances, toward ourselves. Only then do our feet become swift to do what is right. Walk by faith, trusting God to renew your attitude.

It is easy to underestimate the significance of one. It is easy to underestimate the value of you: your vote, your convictions, your determination to say, "I stand against this."

Does it matter if we get involved or not? It matters greatly - it matters to your character!

  4. Beautiful flowers! Yes it matters, not getting involved to me seems like you side with whatever is going on. Being out spoken can cause uncomfortable moments, but it's important that we let people know which side of things we're on.

  7. This is beautifully written my friend. We do influence others by the way we live our lives. It's important to be true to ourselves and our beliefs too. I love your photos of the lovely flowers. We still have roses blooming but we sure need a shower to water them. (after seeing your comment...I guess I'll be visiting you first thing tomorrow! heehee) Hugs, Diane
