While shopping a few weeks ago, we walked out of a store to find this moth. I never seen such a moth and immediately decided I found a new species, the Pink Lemonade Moth.
Once we got home, we searched on the Internet and found that this moth is the Rosy Maple Moth.
I think the Rosy Maple Moth is one of most beautiful moths I have ever seen.
And I do wonder if she was shopping and simply got tired out from not finding what she was looking for, like I do sometimes.
Before your sight,
Mounts on the breeze the butterfly,
and soars,
Small creature as she is, from earth's bright flowers
Into the dewy clouds.
