Wisconsin Farm Fun


 Out and about in Wisconsin.
You just can not miss that the state of  Wisconsin has agriculture in its roots.

One of my favorite stores is Mills Fleet Farm.
It is full of agriculture needs for all the farmers in Wisconsin. The store also has a great garden area, bulk foods and a fun sporting goods section. It is just a fun store to shop in and you can always find something to go home with.
What I love are the garbage cans.
You just have to smile as you place your trash in a silo shaped garbage can.


Check out this mailbox. I have driven past this mailbox many a time and never take a photo. I just love the creativity with this mailbox. I finally took the time to stop and take that photo. My dad does not live in the same community as we do. He is a dairy farmer and he got a real chuckle out of this mailbox when I shared this with him.

Do you have fun little things like this in your community? You just can not help yourself to say"Hey, that is so fun" and smile.

    Love, love, love that mailbox!! It is just too adorable!! I haven't been in Nashville long enough to find all the cutesy, fun things like that yet, but as soon as we get settled in this house, I will be out and about...tired of being cooped up inside! :-)

    That is a really creative mailbox! I love how they did the post too! I appreciate a good creative mailbox, but it's hard to get pics! Good idea to stop and finally just take it! That store sounds like fun!

    I love the bin and the mailbox! We have a windmill with no sails in our village, along with a bus shelter that no bus comes to! Mind you, I live in a pretty strange village that makes me laugh constantly! xx

    I LOVE Mills Fleet Farm! When I lived in "The Cities", I was only 2 miles from one, and went there all the time! Sadly, the closest one now is well over an hour away. We have Farm & Fleet here, which is similar, but not the same.
    We are always noticing fun mailboxes like the one you photographed. Some day, we hope to upgrade and have a neat one, rather than the standard boring box :)

    I love the coney mailbox. These folks have a good imagination. The mailman must see some other mailboxes that makes his job a bit more joyful.

    There is a Fleet Farm nearby in Rochester MN. It our go to place for dog food and other rural essentials...:)
