Are you ready to build?
Today we are heading to the ultimate destination for the LEGO enthusiast!
Brickmania, Minneapolis, Minnesota
Brickmania Toyworks is located in an warehouse on the Northeast side of Minneapolis. The warehouse has its own history. During WWII it was a top secret Naval Facility that manufactured the 5 inch guns for the battleships.
Today inside you will find the world's largest K'nex ball machine, massive LEGO train displays and historic displays created by the Brickmania team.
Looking at the wall, the LEGO'S are organized by color and brick size!
Let's Build
There are several tables full of LEGO'S. You can sit and build for as long as you like.
Tropical Santa
Peeking thru the Circus Tent
LEGO Christmas Wreath
Santa's Workshop
Toot! Toot!
All aboard the Christmas train.
Brickmania is a fun place to go for all ages. If you have a LEGO fan in your family, they will be blown away by all the designs. Our boys picked up a few new tricks to do with building with LEGO while looking at the displays.
Brickmania also has a store located in the Mall of America.
Thank you for coming along to Brickmania.
Have a great weekend!
This is so fun! I love seeing all the displays and creations ! We've never been to an official Lego store but I think we need to check out the one in Boston soon! Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteWhat a great place to visit! That is amazing and the kids would love to go there. Several of my grands requested Legos for Christmas and happily disappeared for hours. Have fun! xoDiana
ReplyDeleteI just bought a lego set for James, my grandson. He would be impressed by the display. Wow.

Wow! This is all awesome! The wreath may be my favorite, but it looks easier than the others. I will have to show your post to Anne Marie, she likes Legos. She will LOVE this!
ReplyDeleteI miss Legos....used to play for hours as a kid. My kids are too old for them now, but like Playdoh, I tell them, you're never too old for Legos! ;)
ReplyDeleteMy son would think he was in heaven. I am guessing you can purchase LEGO there too.
ReplyDeleteIt's amazing what you can build with Lego!
ReplyDeleteThere were never Lego toys in our home when my brother and I were growing up, but our grandchikdren have a couple of sets and play with them for hours. It is amazing to see what plastic pieces and imagination can create.

How fun!! I will have to see if my nephew is aware of either the NE Minneapolis or the Mall of America!
ReplyDeleteIf not, I am sure they will make a trip the next time they are back. He loves Lego's!!
My oldest daughter liked the duplo set that was pink for building a dream house. Both girls like legos but the worst thing in the world is stepping on a lego or Barbie shoe in the middle of the night. Ouch!
ReplyDeleteMy girls would have LOVED a place like Brickmania. I know y'all had fun!
I loved Tropical Santa best until you showed us Santa's workshop! How CUTE! My 'boys' still love to play with Legos! I think they still have a lot of the old ones they grew up with. They probably fall apart now! haha! Very fun place to visit! I think they have a Legoland here in FL,, too. Hugs, Diane

ReplyDeleteI can picture me dragging my boys out of there kicking and screaming! They would have never wanted to leave! The Christmas train is awesome.
