a reminder to stop and pay attention to the little beauties and graces that make life magical and to set aside time for gratitude each day 

 

 ♥ chocolate

 ♥ a warm cup of lemon ginger tea

 ♥ curbside pick up at the library

 ♥ candlelight dancing on the ceiling

♥ a bowl of chili with a dab of sour cream and shredded cheddar cheese

  4. Your joy list sounds lovely, Carla. I must check and see if our library has curbside pickup. I'm looking forward to a cold spell here to make chili for the first time this season. I bet your boys love your chili. I always had a joint birthday party for two of our sons in the fall and it was always a chili supper. I miss those parties.

  6. I have fond memories of raking leaves into a pile for the purpose of a good run and a jump, LOL. Oh, to be young again!
    Get those kids away from their computers and phones and rake some leaves together :)

  7. Love the Dove quote! It all sounds perfect to me. That's how I like my chili. We have candles that come on each night on the fireplace mantle. They flicker on our ceiling and I love it!
