Hometown Parade

The Little Garden That Could was in a parade last Sunday.

My husband and I made the flowers, bunting and signage to decorate our wagon.

The flowers are made from paper.

I made the bunting with scraps of fabric.

My husband did the the lettering on our sign.

We filled zip lock snack bags with candy and a business card.

The theme for our festival in our village was "Happy Day's" ~ our float was all about happy!

  5. That has to be the cutest float ever, Carla!! I LOVE the paper flowers! The flowers here are blooming like crazy also, because of the spike in temps. The gardens are full of color! I was sorry to read about your friend passing away. How bittersweet that he passed on Memorial Day. I was away for a few days, so I had to catch up on your posts. I know it's been crazy hot...but I am loving this Summer!! Have a great weekend. xxoo
