Hello Friends,

Happy June to you! I am still here. I have so much to share with you and I will soon, very soon. In the mean time here is a sneak peek...

In June comes summer's longest day, Now meadows smell of new - mown hay.

Be back soon.... Love, Carla

P.S.

The countdown is on... Sam and the 157th will return to the States in August. Thank you for the continued prayers and support.

  4. I don't want the summer to wiz by but I know you are anxious for Sam to be back home in August. Hope that time does not drag before you see him. Prayers continue he stays safe and he will have a safe passage home. Happy Thursday. Hugs. Kris

  5. Oh Carla, good news that Sam will return back to the states. Saying a prayer for his safe return. That looks like Okra maybe in the picture? My dad grew it in his garden, and my mom would cook it that night for dinner. I look forward to hearing about the driveway sale. Those are always fun.

    Happy June, dear friend.

  6. Hoping the days fly by so Sam will return safe soon. Not that I want Summer to go by so quick, but you know what I mean. Have been hankering for some strawberry rhubarb pie. Need to make one. Janice
