Hello Friends, here it is the 2024 TePaske Easter Cake...
drum roll....
Strawberry Layer Cake
with
Buttercream Frosting
I used Lindt chocolate shaped tulips as the spring decoration on top of the cake.
Everyone loved this cake, it may have become our new favorite cake.
My husband as requested I make it using raspberries for our next celebration.
We enjoyed a lovely Easter with our boys.
And as always, it is very special for me to continue the TePaske Easter cake tradition. I love the excitement my grown boys still get out of seeing what mom created this Easter.

Well isn't that the prettiest thing!!!! You are so creative. The Lindt flowers were a great idea. That cake just SOUNDS delicious so I can imagine the taste was spectacular! xoxo
ReplyDeleteIt is gorgeous! So creative, and it looks so moist.
ReplyDeleteThat is a beautiful cake you made. Very impressive. I love anything with strawberries so I’m sure if I had the cake around my house, I’d be eating it for breakfast, lunch and dinner! That’s why certain goodies I just can’t have. The older I get I seem to have no restraints!
ReplyDeleteThe decorations on top the cake are glass? I have a blown glass rose my husband gave me before we married.
Your Easter cake looks absolutely YUMMY, Carla! And strawberry with buttercream frosting sounds really good. The Lindt chocolate tulips are delightful and add a special touch. You did a great job with the icing on the top and sides too. I bet your boys just loved the cake their mama made this year. ; )
