Hello Friends,
Pull up a chair, I have a few questions.
Coffee or tea with a slice of lemon poppy seed bread?
Red Light Therapy
Have you tried it?
Do you have your own light? If so, what did you purchase and how does it work.
Dry Needling
Have you tried it?
Any side effects?
Did you notice a difference after your sessions?
Thank you dear friends, it is fun to get others insight if they have tried or researched something, that is one thing I love about blogging, you can get a bunch of insight from all over the country and world.

I do not know what either one of those are. I will be curious to see what they are and what peeps think of these treatments. Happy New Week. Hugs. Kris
ReplyDeleteI'm not familiar with red light therapy, Carla, so I can't offer an opinion. And definitely coffee with that scrumptious lemon poppy seed bread. ; ) I love that pretty plate you served it on. It looks vintage.

Tea with the lovely looking bread please! I have a red light mask. I used it for a while but now never do. It was a waste of money :(. I can't even think of the brand. Something with a guy's name? I have not done or really heard of dry needling.
ReplyDeleteI think tea sounds better with that loaf. I haven't tried red light therapy but I'm curious about it. I did get a dry needle wand but didn't use it much.
ReplyDeleteDry Needling! Never heard of it and now I am so curious. I will Google it. I think tea with the beautiful bread.
ReplyDeleteMy sister does dry needling and my sister-in-law does red light therapy. I would like to do the red light therapy for my skin.
ReplyDeleteDont know about any of those. I would prefer either iced tea or water with bread. Janice
ReplyDeleteI don't know what either of those are. I hope you find your answers. Cheers, Ivy.
ReplyDeleteCoffee with my bread. No I haven't tried red light therapy or dry needling.
ReplyDeleteI haven't tried either of them, but I'm curious about the red light therapy. I've asked my rheumatologist friend about it and she said (like everything else) it can be very good for some people and very bad for others...hmmm.
ReplyDeleteCarla, I'm not sure what those flowers are. They were growing in bushes in my hometown. I'm wondering if they are a small bottlebrush flower in a crimson color. They were so pretty, and I took several pictures of them, just because they were so unique. ; )
ReplyDeleteI prefer a nice hot cup of Earl Grey tea. I do enjoy a cup of coffee now and then.
ReplyDeletePS: I would LOVE some lemon poppy!
