How do you like the added art work to this sign? I am finding a lot of additional touches to the signs on our adventures.

What a fun day! Out of curiosity, do you do your dates on the weekend or does your husband take a day off work during the week? The falls look really pretty and how lovely to buy fresh seafood and dairy products from the dairy farm. I'll bet the ice cream tastes phenomenal!
ReplyDeleteThat sounds like a day date I would enjoy! Gorgeous scenery!!
ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful date you had with your hubby, Carla! I’ll bet the smoked fish and those homemade ice cream sandwiches were so good!

ReplyDeleteThat sounds like a wonderful day. Enjoy that fish! How nice to visit a dairy and bring home ice cream. I assume you were prepared with a cooler. Well, I don't think people should write on the signs but it is what it is.
ReplyDeleteI like the sign message. Wow, it looks like you had so much fun!!

ReplyDeleteLake Superior is a great place for a day date! I don't get that far north very often but when I do I love it!

ReplyDeleteBeautiful photos. Looks like a great place.
ReplyDeleteGreat pictures of your date. Thanks for taking us along with you.
ReplyDeleteSounds like a fun date. Fresh ice cream is the best. I remember going to a dairy as a child. We saw them church butter and they put some on graham cracker was so good! We also got a cup of fresh vanilla ice cream. I like the idea of pressing flowers. I hope to pick a flower when I am in Israel for my Bible. Have a Happy 4th!
ReplyDeleteA wonderful date ... great pictures.
ReplyDeleteAll the best Jan
