Family - Size Nacho Board

Hello Friends,

During the Christmas season our family enjoyed several Charcuterie boards. I was looking for some fun new ideas to create boards and I came across this cookbook..

   Big Boards for Families

Through stunning recipes and hosting tips from Sandy Coughlin, founder of the recipe and hospitality blog, Reluctant Entertainer, Big Boards for Families shows you how to artfully craft and serve food boards to your close friends and family. Piece together these bountiful spreads with a variety of ingredients and options that allow you and your guests to customize every dish.

Whether it’s for a morning brunch or movie-night get-together, you and your family will find over 50 splendid food boards to create and enjoy together, including:

  • Tea Party Brunch Board
  • Sweet and Savory Trail Mix Board
  • Perfect Party Crostini Board
  • Summer Burger Board
  • Pistachio Lemon Salmon Board
  • Festive Taco Dinner Board
  • Cake Bites Dessert Board

Big Boards for Families shows you how to casually host in style with minimum effort and maximum impact, allowing you to focus on spending time together, rather than being stuck in the kitchen. Everyone will feel comfortable digging in and helping themselves to their own personalized portion.

These plentiful charcuterie boards will impress your guests and delight your family, even those picky eaters! Choose the right spread for your family from a selection of food boards for dinner, lunch, after-school snacks, breakfast, or brunch. They’re also perfect for special occasions and game days too.

Invite friends, neighbors, and family over to your home and discover a new way of bringing those dearest to you around the table with Big Boards for Families

  2. Yours looks so yummy! And the book looks very good. When I come across a good looking board online, I usually save the photo to my picture folder.

  4. Those Nachos look delicious, but that Nacho board is something else! It's so big, and you can put many items on there to enjoy your Nachos. What a clever idea. Thanks for sharing this, Carla. The girls would love something like this, as they entertain quite often.

  7. Looks delish!! I grew up in a family where antipasto was served very regularly, every weekend in fact. So I'm very comfortable eating off of boards!! Haha...reminds me of home and great memories.

  8. Looks delicious....

Mmmmm, does everyone just keep dipping their 'dip chip' in the food?????? -sigh- I admit, I'd not feel happy with that. -grin-

A husband and wife, yes. But a group, no.

Even if it's a new chip, each time. the chip is held by the person's hand, whose fingers just put the last one, into their mouth.

    I know..... Tooooo fussssssy.... lol

  12. This is amazing for a party or a Friday night at home! I do love making them. I do mostly fruit/cheese/deli... My daughter likes baked brie if she is home. I like bruschetta too... all different kinds... charcuterie or bruschetta... 💗 both!

  13. That looks so good! Family size nacho board... I would have never thought of this!
I've never made a Charcuterie board, but the ones I have enjoyed tasting, have been meats/cheese/fruit.
