Hello Friends,
I saved seed from a white pumpkin and planted that seed the spring of 2020. I got three pumpkin from the plant. I decided to call them my "soft color pumpkins" a wee little green pumpkin, a white pumpkin and a soft orange pumpkin.
A few jokes to brighten your day..
What do you get when you drop a pumpkin? Squash
What did the tree say to autumn? Leaf me alone

A fallen leaf is nothing more than a summer's wave goodbye.
Wow, I love these! We have such a small yard, we tried to grow pumpkins last year and the vines took over so much we had to cut them back and give up. Boo!
ReplyDeletehaha Carla, I love the jokes and those pretty pumpkins. Hope you are enjoying the higher than normal temps. We are going to have a wonderful weekend. Of course chores will take up part of it. Blessings to you, xoxo, love Susie
ReplyDeleteI like your experiment with the white pumpkin seed. It's cool to have those pale colors but I still love the original orange pumpkin colored pumpkins better. I'm must be old fashion.
ReplyDeleteI have some self seeded petunias that are growing in a large pot on my stone steps and I'm tempted to bring some in the house even though we have had several heavy frost already, they still look like healthy seedlings. My only problem is my sunroom has been taken over by three giant poinsettia plants.
Hugs, Julia
These are so perfect and shiny that I thought they were fake decorations!!
